RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is any issue with your item.

Warranty
Selected products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects only.

The warranty does not cover:
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Physical damage caused by drops or improper handling
• Water damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

Refunds
Refunds are only approved in cases where:
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was received
• The order cannot be fulfilled

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Issues
Kyarna is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or unforeseen circumstances.
